How To Register


 What is the Registration Process?

Parents usually phone for information and to schedule a visit to experience the classroom “in action”.  Visits to the Morning Preschool may be scheduled between 9:00 and 10:00.  Visits to the Afternoon Preschool may be scheduled between 1:00 and 2:00.

You may submit an Application Form and Child Record Form online so that your child will officially be on our waiting list.  If any openings occur during the school year we always go to the waiting list first.

Fill out the application form ONLINE. You can also download: Registration Package 2018-2019

Deliver or mail applicable fees to 16 Phin Ave. M4J 3T2 For EFT please email to and use the password “registration” and put your family name in the memo line.

Complete the Child Record ONLINE

You will receive an email confirming your application. Once you have received confirmation of your start date , immediately submit the following forms fully completed:

  • Child Medical/Emergency – all dates must be complete
  • Adult Medical for Participating Adult – all dates must be complete and Tetanus must be within the last 10 years
  • Family Agreement
  • Fee Agreement
  • Photographic Consent
  • CPS will provide a form for new participating parents to mail to Toronto Police Services with a certified cheque or money order for $20.00 to perform a Criminal Reference Check – a requirement to participate as a volunteer. This will be given to you on the day you complete your MANDATORY training session. Please retain a copy of your cheque or money order and submit to us as proof for your file.

Only once all required paperwork is received, are you guaranteed a spot.

For FALL  - To complete your registration, when you receive your email confirming your application, immediately submit the following cheques with all of your remaining forms listed above:

September fees, dated for deposit June 1, 2017 (pre-paid to save your space) and a VOID cheque for future withdrawals.

June, 2018 fees (pre-paid as last month’s fees) will be deducted Sept.1, 2017 ( or immediately if joining later in the year) with your one time Annual Family Fee of $40. Non-participation fee of $65 per month will be charged at this time if you chose not to participate.

October – May fees will be automatic withdrawals.

For SUMMER: Submit payment for your chosen weeks of attendance when you submit your Application form. This cheque should be dated for deposit May 1, 2017. We will confirm space for your child in the summer program via email by April 15th for existing parents, and as soon as possible for new families. Fees will not be deposited until we can confirm a spot for your child.
